This office took 6 weeks to provide me a form via mail, a form I still have yet to receive. The same for that could easily be uploaded to My VAC account electronically thus stop save on paper and mailing cost. This needs to change! Should not take over six weeks for them to just send out a form!
Each review that comes in goes under comprehensive review moderation to avoid fraudulent/fake reviews.
